This website is operated by Superhighway Shop, which is operated by Superhighway Films. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Superhighway Shop. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms, along with our refund policy, shipping policy and privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. Using the site after a change means you accept it.

Our store runs on Shopify, which provides the online store platform and checkout. Our products are made and shipped by our print partner, Printful.

Section 1. Online store terms

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to use this site, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Breaking any of these terms may end your use of the site.

Section 2. General conditions

We may refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Card details are always encrypted during transfer. You agree not to copy, sell or resell any part of the site or its content without our written permission.

Section 3. Accuracy of information

We work to keep product details accurate, but the site may contain errors. Information here is for general use and may change without notice.

Section 4. Changes to prices and products

Prices may change without notice. We may change or stop selling any product at any time. We are not liable to you or anyone else for a price change, product change or discontinued product.

Section 5. Products

All products are made to order. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the finished item, and small differences in print placement are normal for print on demand. Returns and refunds are handled under our refund policy.

Section 6. Orders and billing

We may refuse or limit any order. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to contact you using the email or address you gave us. You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

Section 7. Optional tools

We may give you access to third party tools that we don't monitor or control. You use them at your own risk and agree to the terms of the provider.

Some content may link to third party sites. We aren't responsible for their content, products, services or practices. Please review their policies before you use them.

Section 9. Comments and feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions or other feedback, we may use them without paying you or crediting you. You agree that your comments won't break any law or anyone's rights, and won't contain harmful code.

How we handle personal information is covered by our privacy policy.

Section 11. Errors and omissions

We may correct errors in prices, descriptions, shipping charges or availability at any time, including after you place an order, and may cancel orders affected by an error.

Section 12. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, harass anyone, send false information, upload harmful code, collect other people's personal information, or interfere with the site's security.

Section 13. Intellectual property

Life on Mars, Mars Spacebahnen AG, Mars Tunnel Running Club, Mars Underground Car Club, and all designs, artwork, logos and text on this site belong to Superhighway Films or its licensors. Buying a product gives you the product. It doesn't give you any right to copy or sell the designs.

Section 14. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. We may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are, except as expressly stated by us, provided "as is" and "as available" for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In no case shall Superhighway Shop, Superhighway Films, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products bought using the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Superhighway Shop, Superhighway Films, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Section 16. Severability

If any part of these terms is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will still be enforced to the fullest extent the law allows, and the rest of these terms still applies.

Section 17. Termination

These terms apply until you or we end them. You can end them at any time by no longer using the site. If you fail to follow these terms, we may end this agreement at any time without notice. Obligations and liabilities incurred before the end of the agreement survive it.

Section 18. Entire agreement

These terms and the policies posted on this site are the whole agreement between you and us about the site, and replace any earlier agreements or communications.

Section 19. Governing law

These terms and any separate agreements under which we provide services to you are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and the United States.
