Superhighway Shop is operated by Superhighway Films.

Made to order

Each item is made after you order it. Delivery time includes production and shipping together. These are our estimates for most orders.

The all-over print duffle bags are cut and sewn by hand and can take up to a week longer.

Please allow extra time during busy seasons such as the November and December holidays, and for weather, carrier or customs delays. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping cost

Shipping is charged at a flat rate based on your destination and the items in your cart. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Any faster shipping option shown at checkout only shortens the carrier part of the trip. Production time stays the same, and delivery dates are still not guaranteed.

Orders with more than one item

Items may be made in different facilities, so an order can arrive in more than one package. You only pay the shipping shown at checkout.

Tracking

You will get an email with a tracking link when your order ships.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by local customs and are paid by the customer.

Where we ship

We ship to most countries. A few destinations can't be served because of carrier or legal limits, and checkout will tell you if your address is one of them.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or the item is misprinted, see our refund policy. Email shop@superhighwayfilms.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for a lost package, or within 30 days of delivery for a damaged one.

Wrong address

Please check your address carefully. If a package comes back because of a wrong address, we can reship it at your cost once you confirm the right one.
